    Roers Property Management is seeking a full time general manager to provide direct oversight, supervision, and management for a group of residential properties operated by Roers.  Our portfolio contains over 1000 beds comprised of apartments, townhomes, and single family homes. The General Manager’s role is to maximize both occupancy and the financial income for each property, while maintaining the property standards and a positive image for Roers Property Management.


    Under the direction of the RPM Operations Manager, the General Manager will ensure the ongoing satisfaction of the residents and building owners, while providing accurate execution & maintenance of leasing documents and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures. This leader will focus on cultivating a positive, engaged and productive culture with the property ambassador & maintenance teams, ensuring Fair Housing guidelines and RPM policies & procedures are upheld. 


    This position is fast-paced and perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, can multi-task, has superb time management skills and doesn’t feel the need to be tied to a desk.  The ideal candidate is polished, engaging and energetic.  In addition, the General Manager has excellent sales and customer service experience necessary to successfully lease a rental unit, as well as coaching skills to train new team members on sales, leasing and customer service. and ensure an experience and process that will encourage residents to stay.
